Process Improvement Specialist - Monaca, PA Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to provide general site support for our Monaca Operations, including support for site utilities and processing optimization.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your ability to execute independent planning and controlling of target agreements, manage time effectively, and make decisions on your own within your work function.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Leveraging your education and experience in manufacturing support where you have had increasing responsibility.
Your proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, MS Windows, electronic file management, and SAP will be essential as you support operations.
Supporting the development of the Zero Incident mindset as a culture in the Monaca operations, you will become the recognized champion for safety and environmental performance.
Using your ability to determine best solutions to solving problems within functional areas, you will support and continually apply ISO Quality Improvement policies and procedures.
Assist in developing sustainability batch level information with respect to CO2 generation from operations Participate in initiatives to improve Octane of products through continuous improvement.
Provide advanced troubleshooting in collaboration with operators and group leaders in assigned areas (Utilities and Processing are initial target areas) Develop sustainable solutions to improve operational discipline and consistency in assigned areas Act as liaison with Maintenance and Project teams for activities in assigned areas Participate in housekeeping improvements with area owners Improve environmental data collection processes Reduce costs through optimization of chemical usage throughout utilities areas Create Your Own Chemistry:
