We work hard and have a lot of fun! Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary.
As a crew member, you will report to the Manager, or assigned Shift Lead.
Your regular duties will include, but are not limited to:
Quickly ball out freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the upcoming day's sales.
Work with a team to accomplish tasks.
Frost and dress cookies to perfection.
Assist customers and assure their satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and well sanitized store.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business.
