We are currently seeking Production Workers for our Monaca Operations.
This role will be working in our Specialty Rolled Products:
World-class rolling and finishing for Specialty Materials business unit.
ATI Production Workers are vital to our success and play a key role in meeting company goals and objectives.
Successful Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality.
Workplace safety is a core value and production workers play a vital role in our safe operation and processes.
As a Production Worker you must be willing towork multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in our heavy industrial environment.
Applicants must pass written tests to verify reading & math skills and electrical & mechanical aptitude.
In order to attract top talent, ATI is currently offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for this position (with $1,500 paid at start and $1,500 paid after completion of 6 months).
Essential Functions of This Role:
Operate both small and large mobile equipment Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab Work with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products.
Some tasks require routine interaction with computer interfaces.
Assist and support routine maintenance activities Requirements:
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent & one year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or other industrial environment.
OR Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in electrical, mechanical or other related curriculum.
Successful candidates should also have the ability to:
Work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
Complete a computerized tests to verify reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
