1 Monaca, PA Monaca, PA Full-time Full-time From $38,646 a year From $38,646 a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago This full-time staff union position reports to the Dean of the School of Health Sciences and performs a variety of secretarial and administrative assistance duties in support of an instructional division with considerable responsibility for coordination, organization, and/or facilitation of own work and that of others.
Essential duties and responsibilities include organizing day-to-day office activities, providing front-line customer service to students, staff, and faculty, inputting course schedules, room, and lab information, keeping records of faculty contracts and payroll reports, preparing, processing and tracking purchases and requisitions, compiles information for self-studies and accreditation visits, assists with compliance for State Board, Department of Education, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, and National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and assisting with organization of Health Professions Pinning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
Six years of administrative support, preferably in higher education.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
